The Center for Advanced Logistics Management (CALM) can provide highly-trained experts to support your business efforts. A corps of logisticians with specific skills to meet each customers’ needs are available for an on-site visit to assess relevant problems and tailor solutions that meet industry standards. A business development consultant will provide assessment and scope analysis prior to contracting. Then, services will be based on a project plan using billable hours and costs. If necessary, external resources will be recommended. The consultant will schedule a needs assessment, present a proposal, prepare a contract, and present an invoice.
